We are very pleased to announce that the Double Tree by Hilton – Houston Hobby Airport will once again be service as our host hotel (the same hotel we used in 2024).

The hotel is less than a mile from William P. Hobby Airport via free shuttle, also covering a three-mile radius. They’re within five minutes of local dining and shopping, with downtown Houston 10 miles away via I-45. Enjoy our fitness center, outdoor pool, event space for up to 500 people, and a warm DoubleTree cookie on arrival.

Discounted reservations are offered for Friday, February 19 and Saturday, February 20, 2027.  Once you click “Book a Room” you can click “Edit Stay” on the next page to change the two night stay default to on Saturday if you so desire.
