empire state TRIBUTE FESTIVAL

Vendors

We are excited to be welcoming vendors to the Empire State Tribute Festival.  The Vendors will be in the Tuscarora Ball Room just down the hall from the Turning State Showroom.

We encourage Elvis and Rock’n’Roll memorabilia and collectable vendors, related craft vendors, and anyone who wants exposure to our audience this weekend to join us!!!!

The Vendor room will be open Friday & Saturday from 9 AM – 8 PM and then during the after hours event for those to wish to be open and again on Sunday from 9 AM – 1 PM.  Set up will be available on Thursday and breakdown will be on Sunday, after 1 PM.

In order to make sure you have traffic, the space will also be used for the following events:

Thursday’s After Hours Party from 11 PM – 1 AM

Friday’s Tribute Cruise Q&A from 4 PM – 5 PM

Friday’s After Hours Party from 11 PM – 1 AM

Saturday’s VIP Meet & Greet from 4 PM – 5 PM

Saturday’s After Hours Party from 11 PM – 1 AM

Vendors will be able to elect to have their space available to the After Hours events or secure from the After Hours events.

Please note that all vendors will need to register to apply for an Oneida Indian Nation Department of Taxation License and Certificate of Authority (COA) and collect and submit applicable taxes.  You can apply through the online portal by clicking here.  It’s very easy to do and manage.
